The challenge

To develop an efficient process for handling ballots at the quarterly meeting of SyriaTel's 10,000 shareholders. Data from ballot papers must be captured and counted with the result announced within two hours.

The solution

ePC installed TeleForm - including the TeleForm Designer, TeleForm Reader, TeleForm Scan Station, AutoMerge Publisher (AMP) and TeleForm Verifier modules - to generate voting forms for scanning and processing to deliver quick turnaround of poll results.

The result

This software has enabled SyriaTel to hold effective and efficient shareholder meetings with a state-of-the-art voting system.
